Kenny and Patti met in Old Crow where they are raising their three children. Kenny was born and raised in Old Crow. He is a VGFN council member and also runs Ch'oodeenjik Enterprises where he offers various trucking services. Kenny is also on the board of directors for Airnorth. Kenny's passion is his dog mushing. He trains sled dogs and races when time permits. Patti came to Old Crow in 1987 as a school teacher and met Kenny shortly after. She continues to teach at Chief Zzheh Gittlit School as a reading recovery teacher and school librarian. Patti sits on a few local committees and volunteers at the local church.
